Liz Olson

Director of Marketing and Brand

Liz Olson serves as Director of Marketing at Dicom Systems, where she develops and executes marketing strategy, deliverables, and measurable goals for the company. Liz is an expert in fully integrated customer and brand experiences for complex business initiatives, working across business functions and partnering to execute program strategies. She has spent over 20 years building impactful brands primarily focused on B2B medical technology, health IT, biotech, and healthcare. Global and national companies include Illumina, BD, NextGen Healthcare, and CareFusion.

Before Dicom Systems, Liz was the Director of Brand and Marketing at NextGen Healthcare. She spearheaded the master brand strategy development and rebranding effort, consolidating and aligning eight distinct brand identities and six disparate websites obtained through multiple acquisitions. She was also the Creative Director for the Creative Services department at CareFusion before Becton Dickinson (BD) acquired the company in 2015. She led the launch of the CareFusion brand from the spin-off of Cardinal Health and grew the in-house agency to support 97% of the business units’ creative work. Liz is an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast with a quest for new Spotify music recommendations, disruptive technology, and the next delicious restaurants. She serves as a Marketing Advisor for several start-ups.

Liz holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design.
