Adam Kielski
Senior Solutions Architect
Adam Kielski serves as Senior Solutions Architect at Dicom Systems, where he works with healthcare organizations to design and implement scalable enterprise imaging and digital pathology solutions. With nearly 20 years of healthcare technology experience, Adam specializes in cloud architecture, medical imaging, AI-enabled workflows, and interoperability using DICOM, HL7, and FHIR standards.
Before joining Dicom Systems, Adam served as Senior Partner Solutions Architect for Healthcare and Life Sciences at Amazon Web Services. He guided healthcare organizations and technology partners through cloud transformation initiatives involving digital pathology, PACS and VNA platforms, and diagnostic AI applications. Adam also developed secure, compliant reference architectures and advised partners on product strategy, hybrid cloud deployment, and integration with hospital information systems.
Earlier in his career, Adam held enterprise architecture and implementation leadership roles at Butterfly Network and Seattle Children’s. At Butterfly, he helped define the architecture and deployment strategy for its cloud-based point-of-care ultrasound platform, including integrations with Epic, Cerner, PACS, and VNA systems. During more than 11 years at Seattle Children’s, Adam advanced from Manager of Radiology Informatics to Director of Enterprise Imaging. He led imaging strategy and governance across more than 12 clinical departments and developed an automated DICOM normalization workflow that processed over 30,000 outside examinations annually while reducing manual processing time by 80%.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of British Columbia. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending time outdoors with his family. He speaks English and Polish.
